It was a pleasure to speak with JP Ong on Money FM in Singapore about Currencies as we deal with the US election. It is very difficult to argue with the USD downtrend here, especially in Asia which is now looking better than other parts of the world like Europe. The long term charts are back in play and the the way to look at these markets is from the perspective of ‘Currency War’ as Gita Gopinath of the IMF recently eluded to. It is a war the US is not going to lose because they have the biggest arsenal in the form of monetary policies & QE at their disposal while being the worlds reserve currency. 
Gold is also back on track to rise.
